Paseo Corridor Constructors

Paseo Corridor Constructors is a joint venture partnership of Clarkson Construction Company, Massman Construction Co. and Kiewit Construction. Project design is being done by Parsons Transportation Group and TranSystems.

• Clarkson Construction Company

  is a six generation family-owned heavy, highway and site work contractor. This Kansas City-based company is one of the Midwest’s largest and most diversified heavy constructors, often performing more than 80 percent of the work on projects with its own labor and equipment. Clarkson has a reputation for taking on the most difficult projects and finishing them ahead of schedule while enforcing high safety standards. Projects of Note: Grandview Triangle reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Paseo Bridge in 2005.

• Massman Construction Co.

  has been a heavy, civil and marine contracting company since 1908, with four generations of the Massman family dedicated to developing and improving this nation’s waterways. With a headquarter office in Kansas City and a regional office in St. Louis, Massman employees have developed bridge-building expertise through years of experience. The company has successfully completed more than 1,600 projects. Projects of Note: Rebuilt the Greenville Mississippi River and Biloxi Bay bridges.

• Kiewit Construction Co.

  has been in operation since 1884 and through the years has evolved into one of the largest and most respected construction companies in North America.   provides a full range of architectural, engineering and planning services for transportation projects nationwide. Based in Kansas City, the company develops management and planning solutions that lead to the successful completion of transportation projects, and in doing so has significant railroad and MoDOT highway design experience.
